Hi. First of all, let me thank you and the team at Walkabout for arranging our holiday in Turkey last May. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday – the selection of places to visit and the hotels we stayed at were perfect and everything went very smoothly. Turkey is truly a beautiful country to visit and its people were warm and friendly.

| Walkabout made my trip SO EASY!! Especially when compared to the little bits I organised myself. They organised the transport, the transfers, the accommodation and the tours. I couldn’t have done half as much by myself. And the best bit? Was that even though it was all organised, I wasn’t on a tour with a bunch of other people. I still felt independent. I’ve never been a big fan of organised travel but Walkabout were amazing. I’ll be definitely using them next year when I’m back in Turkey. Thanks so much for making my trip stress-free and absolutely full of amazing experiences. |

Just a quick note to let you know that we had the BEST time in Turkey thanks to you. Our travel arrangements were wonderful and we were able to see all that we wanted to see before heading over to island hop in Greece. Thank you so much for the suggestions and the work you did to put together a great time for us in your country. Turkey people are soooooooooooooo nice and we love apple tea.

| I was travelling in Turkey last year and booked all my travel through Walkabout Travel Turkey www.walkabout.com.tr They were fantastic. I wanted to be all good and be a real backpacker but it was so brilliant to have all the basics like transport, accommodation and attractions found for me, allowing me to do all the fun and interesting things. All the people in the office went out of their way to make sure I had the best trip possible and loved all my stories when I returned to Istanbul.

| Dear Ali,
Thank you for a wonderfully organized tour of your fabulous country.
We had such a great time and it was due in great part to your talent
as an organizer. We were able to see three great cities in Turkey and
then made it without any problems to Syria.
We thought a lot about you in Syria because, as you said, it is a
much more primitive country. Aleppo is very beautiful: the Citadel is
out of this world. We took the train from Aleppo to Latakya, intending
to go to the beach, but from the looks we got, we decided to continue
on straight to Damascus! In Damascus, we found my relatives and saw
the room where my father and uncle were born.
So, Ali, it was a great trip and we will come back when it is a
little cooler so John can come.

How are you? Do you remember us? We were the three from Amsterdam that enjoyed a walking tour with you - and luckily took the flight back to Amsterdam on Thursday.....
Sorry it took a while to post the pictures, some of which you took - below is a link to see them. Given our enthusiastic stories of Istanbul, my parents are now planning a trip to visit Istanbul end of next week. I recommended to them to take a private tour with you, because it\'s good quality and reasonable price ;-) Could you send them some information (CC:) so they can consider their options?
Many thanks - we still remember walkabout and Istanbul vividly, it was a great trip for us!

Just sending you a message to thank you again for your travel services when we were in Turkey recently. The itinerary was great and everything went smoothly. I\'ve decided I\'m past the stage of doing overnight bus rides, but, other than that, I wouldn\'t have changed a thing!
We enjoyed the hospitality the people of Turkey showed us and marvelled at the rich history of the country.

| Hi,
We have just arrived back in Australia and the first thing we wanted to do was write and thank you for all you did for us in Turkey!!! Bringing a whole family, inluding young kids on a big holiday is an undertaking but with all your help it seemed like a walk in the park. All the hotels were equiped with everything we needed like baby beds et, and the transport options worked a treat. Being personally met at the airport and taken to our hotel was a delight and look the stress off after a long flight. All your help on what to do with the kids worked out amazingly and they really enjoyed their time on the beaches.
I must say we was apprehensive before we left home but have returned feeling like we have had a real holiday.

| I just wanted to write and say a huge thank you to all of you at Walkabout for organising our trip around Turkey. Walking into Walkabout was definitely the best thing that happened to us!! Everything you planned worked out amazingly, from the overnight buses to transfers, hotels and tours. It was so great not to have to worry about figuring all that out for ourselves but still feeling like we were in control of what we were doing. The Blue Cruise was definitely unforgettable and something we would not have done otherwise. The tours and added extras we had in Cappadocia were so well organised and gave us a real insight into Turkish life. The added information you provided us with was also so handy and we found ourselves having to pass this onto people travelling with other companies who had no idea and were left a bit in the dark about what they were supposed to do. All the hotels were above standard and the staff went out of their way to help. We wouldn’t have the memories without you. THANKS A MILLION! |

Sorry we didn\'t make it back to say goodbye and thanks, but we tried to cram a lot into our last few hours. We got home to NYC late yesterday and are now recovering. We loved Istanbul and enjoyed meeting you. I\'m sure we will be back, so next time we will definitely have to do drinks/food. We all just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for looking after us all so well over our break in Istanbul. We had an absolutely amazing time and we can\'t wait to come back again (and maybe sample some more Turkish delight).
You would have been very proud of us in the Bazaar on Monday - we worked them very hard and I think/hope that we got some good deals.
It is grey and raining in London and absolutely freezing. We all wish we were back!

| On our first trip to Turkey, Walkabout Travel arranged a half day walking tour around Istanbul and then a Bosphorous Cruise on the following day. We thoroughly enjoyed our very knowledgable guide, Ali, and our kids stayed interested throughout the tours. We will definitely use this company when we go back to Turkey. |
